MSGA is built specifically for gifted and academically advanced learners. Our admissions process is designed to help your family and our team determine whether this is the right environment for your child — thoughtfully, candidly, and without pressure.

Start with a conversation
Tell us about your child, what’s working, what isn’t, and what you’re hoping will be different.
We look closely at fit
Our admissions team will get to know your child and review the information that helps us understand how they learn. We’ll be candid if we believe MSGA may be a strong fit — and equally candid if we don’t.
Complete the admission requirements
If it makes sense to continue, we’ll guide you through the application, records, recommendations, and any required testing.
Student visit & decision
Students who continue in the process spend time at MSGA so both your family and our team can make a thoughtful final decision.
Once all admission requirements are complete, decisions are typically shared within two weeks.

Testing
We accept qualifying cognitive testing administered by a licensed psychologist or approved public-school system.

When to begin
MSGA accepts applications on a rolling basis as space allows. Families interested in 2027–28 are encouraged to begin the inquiry process early.
For priority consideration, the completed application is due January 1, 2027. Applications received afterward are reviewed as space allows.
Tuition
2026–27 Tuition
Tuition is all-inclusive and covers enrollment, technology, local field trips, and general school supplies. There are no add-on school fees during the year.
Limited need-based tuition assistance is available for families in grades 1–12.
2027–28 tuition will be published when finalized.
