Join Our Team

We are looking for great people to join our growing school.

MSGA strives to be a place where gifted children and their families thrive. As a leader in innovative and gifted education, our team works to not only educate innovators and world changers, but also to be innovators and world changers. What we ask of our students is what we ask of our team: curiosity, collaboration, creative problem solving, critical thinking, and a passion for lifelong learning.

Our team functions as a unit, each member an integral and necessary part of our community. We know from our experience in a traditional school system that educators don’t often have the time or resources to creatively collaborate or learn with their colleagues. At MSGA we desire a community that breaks the mold, building an environment that fosters creativity and inspires innovation. We want each member of our team to work cooperatively, leaning on the strength of the team rather than the strength of the individual, building each other up and helping one another to grow in every area. We believe that this will be what takes our school to the next level–the combined passion and talents of every single person.

MSGA is a growing and thriving organization where the opportunities are as limitless as your potential. If building and expanding with a team of highly motivated individuals sparks something inside of you, take a look at our open positions and contact us today!
