Our VEX Robotics teams had an amazing day at yesterday’s tournament, bringing home impressive awards! Our 5th/6th grade team took 3rd place, our 7th/8th grade team earned 4th place along with the “Judges Award,” and our high school team reached the semifinals, proudly receiving the “Amaze Award” for a strong robot build and design.

This success is just the beginning of the tournament season, and we’re excited to see our teams grow even stronger as the season progresses. The key to their success lies in the design thinking process—an approach that emphasizes creativity, collaboration, and critical problem-solving. Our students face many challenges as they build, document, explain, drive, code, and compete in these complex competitions. Through each iteration, they learn how to improve their designs and overcome obstacles.
